• Subscription details you add (e.g., subscription name, price, billing date, currency, provider domain, cancellation URL).
• Optional cancellation steps you record in the in-app web assistant (e.g., click/input steps and selectors).

Information collected automatically

By default, Subscription Reaper does not directly collect personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or contacts.

2) How We Use Information

• To display and manage your subscriptions in the app.
• To help you navigate cancellation flows using the in-app web assistant.
• To store your preferences and recorded steps so you can reuse them.

3) Where Your Data Is Stored

Subscription Reaper stores your subscription information locally on your device. We do not upload your subscription list to our servers unless you use a feature that explicitly enables syncing or backup (if added in a future version).

4) Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your subscription information with third parties except in the following situations:

• When you choose to visit a website: If you open a provider’s website inside the web assistant, that website may collect data according to its own privacy policy.
• Legal requirements: If required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

5) Web Assistant & Third-Party Websites

The in-app web assistant uses an embedded browser view to load external websites. Those websites are operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not ours. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any site you use.

If you record cancellation steps, the app may store selectors and values you entered so you can replay steps later. Avoid saving sensitive inputs (e.g., passwords, one-time codes).

6) Advertising

Subscription Reaper may display third-party advertisements within the app. Ads may be delivered through an embedded web view and may be provided by advertising partners.

Advertising partners may collect certain information automatically when ads are displayed, such as:

• Device information (e.g., device type, operating system version)
• IP address
• Approximate location derived from IP address
• Interaction data (e.g., ad impressions or clicks)

This information may be used to provide relevant advertisements, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. Subscription Reaper does not control the data collection practices of third-party advertisers.

You may be able to limit personalized advertising through your device or operating system settings where available.

7) Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the information stored in the app. However, no method of storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any device-level access controls.

8) Data Retention & Deletion

• Your subscription data is kept on your device until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app.
• You can delete individual subscriptions and recorded steps from within the app.
• Uninstalling the app generally removes locally stored app data from your device.

9) Children’s Privacy

Subscription Reaper is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10) International Users

If you use the app outside your country of residence, your information is stored on your device. When you visit third-party websites in the web assistant, those sites may process data in other countries.

11) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
